DJ is certified in StretchMaster techniques and American Aerobic Association International (AAAI/ISMA) Pilates Matt Base training. The StretchMaster was developed in 1989; and combines the best of Pilates stretching and core resistance exercise. DJ was featured as an exhibitor at the International Health and Racquet Sports Association (IHRSA) show in Phoenix.
